Salary: $50.00 – $80.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Produce explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards programs.
• Create animated content for campaigns like open enrollment and wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop short-form, snackable video content for employees and managers.
• Support leadership storytelling through internal videos and executive communications.
• Partner with communications leads to translate messaging into effective visual stories.
• Contribute to creative concepting and storytelling approaches.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the specified US states: AL, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
• Strong experience in motion design and animation, including proficiency in After Effects.
• Proven video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing and narrative development.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations.
• Experience creating short-form, engaging video content for internal or enterprise audiences.
