What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services to support a high-impact financial product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex services and partner APIs.
• Solve technical challenges related to distributed systems, load management, and latency.
• Maintain high standards for system reliability and security in a regulated environment.
• Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture using Python and Go.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Proven experience building web applications and services for high-quality products.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages and SQL.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and trade-offs in load and latency.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments or highly technical market segments.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
