What you will do

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Oracle Learning catalogues, eligibility, and workflows.
• Design and develop integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with HCM, REST, and SOAP adapters.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage data activities including cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integration processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Learning configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data structures, and XSLT/XPath mapping.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCORM troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract.
• Experience in global or multi-country HCM projects.
