TL;DR

Senior Product Data Analyst (Hybrid): Analyse product performance and user behavior across websites and A/B tests, supporting product teams with experimentation insights and data-driven decision making with an accent on statistical confidence in experiments and building analytics infrastructure. Focus on exploratory analysis, data cleaning/validation, defining new tracking in Google Analytics, and delivering dashboards/reports to senior management and C-level stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Analyse performance and identify user behaviors across different websites and product interfaces.
  • Analyse results from A/B tests experiments and pre-post runs conducted by product teams.
  • Support testing by helping teams form hypotheses using exploratory analysis of products and past tests.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation; define and implement new tracking (primarily in Google Analytics).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (mostly Looker Studio and Google Sheets) for senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives and collaborate with user researchers and designers to identify knowledge gaps and research opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component.
  • Strong knowledge of the math and statistical concepts behind A/B testing.
  • SQL is required, with experience working with databases and large datasets.
  • Experience with user behavior/product performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Matomo.
  • Business proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • R or Python skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Google Analytics knowledge including Google Analytics API and GA4.
  • Programming experience.
  • Knowledge of data structure and dataset management in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience using applied AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and an experimentation mindset for AI-enhanced workflows.
