What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable financial workflows using NetSuite.
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite projects from requirement gathering through testing and production.
• Develop and optimize ERP integrations with other business-critical tools.
• Create and manage NetSuite reporting in collaboration with Finance and BI teams.
• Drive automation and efficiency for Business Operations through technical engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with NetSuite engineering, development, or ERP systems.
• Strong technical skills in SuiteScript, system architecture, and integrations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of financial principles including BS, P&L, Cash Flow, and FX reconciliation.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Strong data analytical skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with coding and scripting beyond NetSuite.
• Self-starter mindset with a deep interest in finance automation.
