What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-tested software for an award-winning marketing platform.
• Write clean and secure code following best-practice guidelines to ensure reusability and stability.
• Collaborate with UX and product managers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Manage the entire service lifecycle, from requirements and architectural diagrams to deployment and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and drive knowledge-sharing within the engineering practice.
• Solve complex challenges arising from business growth to ensure service scalability.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial Software Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Java 21 (with Maven and Spring Boot 3), TypeScript, and Angular.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, Opensearch) and Terraform for IaC.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, SQL query optimization, and non-relational databases like DynamoDB.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Ability to maintain CI/CD pipelines, conduct thorough code reviews, and write unit tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP for building and maintaining web applications.
• Knowledge of TDD and Pair Programming practices.
• Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached) and streaming/queuing systems (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS).
