What you will do

• Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build responsive, Section 508-compliant user interfaces for healthcare and operational systems.
• Develop backend services and APIs to support application functionality and integrations.
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to improve code quality and development speed.
• Integrate AI capabilities, such as NLP and AI APIs, into applications.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs, Azure AI services, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with VA systems or federal healthcare environments.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
