What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of security agent capabilities for runtime threat detection.
• Build reusable eBPF-based monitoring functionality for process, file, and network visibility.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of new features from strategy and design through implementation.
• Evolve testing methodologies to improve platform coverage, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver shared platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.

Requirements

• Significant experience building software in Linux environments, including kernel APIs or systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with eBPF, kernel-level instrumentation, or low-level networking systems.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining production software across diverse Linux distributions.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to influence architecture across teams.
• Product-minded approach balancing technical excellence with customer impact.
• Must be based in Portugal.
