Purchase Analyst - Import/Export - Temporary – 6-Month Assignment (Purchasing/International Logistics): Managing purchase orders, supplier communication, import and export documentation, customs release, and supply chain reporting with an accent on compliance, deadlines, and cost optimization. Focus on coordinating brokers and global suppliers, analyzing commercial and financial documents, and reducing vendor-related operational risk.

What you will do
- Place and monitor purchase orders for on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with commercial conditions.
- Manage purchases for facilities, cleaning, office materials, warranties, and related services.
- Coordinate with brokers, vendors, global suppliers, and internal teams on purchasing and import/export activities.
- Maintain system data for prices, dates, minimum order quantities, vendor information, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Manage import and export documentation, customs release, Nota Fiscal issuance, and export procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Prepare supply chain reports, support sourcing strategies, monitor supplier payments, and help optimize costs and deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics, International Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, supplier development, or international logistics within multinational environments.
- English communication skills in speaking and writing are required.
- Working knowledge of import activities, transport modes, customs, fiscal and commercial requirements, finance, legal matters, and materials management.
- Working knowledge of the MRP module and experience implementing process improvements.
- Strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the furniture market or a related field.
- Knowledge of purchasing strategies and strategic sourcing tactics.
- Comfort with technology and multinational processes.
