TL;DR
Chatbot Developer (AI): Developing and operating customer- and employee-oriented chatbots and AI agents for the George banking application with an accent on the full lifecycle of conversational AI solutions. Focus on prototyping, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI agents within a cloud-native environment.
Location: Košice, Slovakia
Salary: EUR 2,800 gross per month (based on full-time minimum)

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of conversational AI solutions from prototyping and development to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and designers to refine requirements and improve chatbot experiences.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reusable solutions following standardized development processes.
- Monitor chatbot performance using logging, tracing, and analytics tools to proactively resolve issues.
- Handle incident debugging and continuous improvement of existing conversational AI applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Active professional experience in Javascript, Python, or Java.
- Proven experience with cloud architecture, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Must be based in or able to work from Košice
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of UX design.
