What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs including medical, life, retirement, and wellness.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations within HR systems such as Workday.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for benefit inquiries from employees and managers.
• Coordinate with Payroll and external brokers to ensure correct deductions and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all benefits administration complies with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and GDPR.
• Participate in HR transformation initiatives and contribute to the documentation of SOPs and process maps.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a shared services environment.
• Practical experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and service management tools.
• Fluent Czech language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
