What you will do

• Own and maintain the core Angular-based design system, including components, tokens, and documentation.
• Drive frontend quality direction, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability across the platform.
• Collaborate with designers to optimize design-to-code workflows and speed up implementation.
• Identify quality gaps and drive process improvements to prevent recurring frontend issues.
• Partner with product engineers to build features, provide guidance, and participate in design reviews.
• Mentor engineers on design system usage, best practices, and UI quality consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular
• Experience building and scaling design systems and component libraries
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, consistency, and long-term maintainability
• Experience building design tokens, primitives, and scalable CSS/SCSS architectures
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Storybook or Figma APIs
• Experience using AI-powered development tools
• Background in fintech, Web3, or complex enterprise SaaS platforms
