DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (CI/CD & Cloud): Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating builds, testing, and deployments with an accent on infrastructure-as-code, cloud reliability, and secure DevSecOps practices. Focus on building and operating AWS/Azure/GCP environments, container platforms, and monitoring/alerting systems while supporting incident response and post-mortems.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and manage infrastructure with IaC (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Build and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including VMs, containers, storage, networking, and security.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) and improve reliability with HA, disaster recovery, and failover.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline releases, support test environments, and participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, covering identity/access control, secret management, and vulnerability checks.

Requirements

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Strong cloud fundamentals across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing production environments and enterprise-grade systems.
