What you will do

• Implement, maintain, and support hirify.global products within the AWS UAE region.
• Manage and operate distributed data stores including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy features while meeting strict data sovereignty requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 platform availability.
• Automate infrastructure and release processes using Terraform, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards such as ISO and SOC.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the UAE.
• Extensive experience in 24x7 production operations for SaaS or cloud service providers.
• Strong proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with distributed data stores and database maintenance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and enforce processes.
