Salary: 224,000–336,000 PLN

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate internal IAM and cloud security services.
- Write production-quality software using modern engineering best practices.
- Automate security controls to reduce operational burden and technical debt.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed secure-by-default patterns into workflows.
- Participate in on-call support, incident response, and reliability improvements.
- Mentor engineers and advocate for pragmatic security improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience (C#, Python, or Java).
- Proven ownership of cloud security posture in complex environments, Azure preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience designing and governing DevSecOps practices and pipeline security standards.
- Ability to identify gaps in tooling and take responsibility for closing them.
Nice to have
- Experience securing cloud-native applications and SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, vulnerability scanning, and threat protection.
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-500 or SC-300.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
