What you will do

• Define technical direction and architectural decisions across all Infrastructure Security domains.
• Lead security infrastructure reviews for new and existing systems.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, security policies, and security baselines.
• Own the Vulnerability Management process across infrastructure domains.
• Provide technical growth and mentorship to team members.
• Act as a Tier 3 technical escalation point during Incident Response.

Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure security, including 3+ years in an Architect or Lead role.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or OCI security services.
• Expertise in Linux system administration and server hardening (CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIG, immutable OS).
• Proficiency in IaC tooling, specifically SaltStack and Terraform.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes security, including RBAC, Pod Security Standards, and NetworkPolicy.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Practice with Splunk, Clickhouse, or network segmentation (SDN).
• Public contributions to open-source projects or talks at DEF CON, Black Hat, or OWASP AppSec.
• Experience with VMware NSX, Istio, IAM, SSO, VPN, OpenID, or SAML.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools such as Audit.d, sysmon, apparmor, or selinux.
