What you will do

• Assist Brand Managers in executing new brand and innovation launches across the EMEA region.
• Conduct post-launch analysis and monitor global competitive activity to identify market trends.
• Create internal presentations and provide commercial updates including trade plans and distribution data.
• Collaborate with media, retailers, and distributors to ensure marketing strategies align with global guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and project follow-ups.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• EU citizens must be enrolled in a European university; non-EU citizens must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
• Interest in the beauty industry and digital/e-commerce trends.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 months starting September/October 2026.
