What you will do

• Build and maintain tooling and frameworks to support mobile, desktop, and web product development.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code-signing infrastructure, and deployment systems.
• Investigate and resolve bottlenecks in development processes and build systems.
• Lead design, planning, and architecture discussions for platform improvements.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to automate tasks and eliminate toil.
• Champion best practices in security, compliance, and artifact governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development or platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Swift, Go).
• Practical experience with CI/CD and SCM solutions like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with mobile build tooling (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode).
• English: C1 level required for verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with web build ecosystems (webpack, Vite, npm).
• Knowledge of mobile code signing and app store distribution.
• Experience with cloud hosting environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog or Crashlytics.
• Experience with React Native build pipelines and cross-platform workflows.
