What you will do

• Own the production and coordination of marketing assets including trailers, UA creatives, and app store content.
• Act as a bridge between marketing and game development to coordinate releases and campaign needs.
• Maintain project timelines, track priorities, and identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Refine production workflows and introduce tools to improve team collaboration.
• Manage deliverables with both internal teams and external partners to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements

• Experience in production, project management, or coordination within game development, mobile apps, or agencies.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes for visual content and trailers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive communication style and ability to create alignment between diverse teams.
• English: C1 proficiency required for all applications.
• Must be able to work from the Berlin office on Tuesdays and Fridays.
