• Design and develop integrated systems combining software, firmware, and silicon components.
• Lead performance analysis, risk assessment, and reliability testing for Bluetooth products.
• Execute benchmark tests and simulate real-life environments in the lab to validate prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal firmware teams and external OEM partners to triage and resolve technical bugs.
• Translate business opportunities into product specifications and system architecture definitions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept experiments and feasibility studies for new feature innovations.

Требования

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Bluetooth stack, profiles, Controller, and RF performance.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth Classic, BLE, and LE Audio technologies.
• Solid experience with Windows OS, driver installation, and log collection tools like ETW or Ellisys.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work directly with global OEM partners.
