What you will do

• Onboard approximately 50 laboratory instruments onto the TetraScience Data Platform.
• Develop instrument parsers and design data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
• Provide solution guidance for integrations between TetraScience and Revvity ELN.
• Perform user story creation and refinement, raw-to-IDS conversion, and metadata attribution.
• Develop and test parsers and instrument onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including data modeling and database design, preferably in scientific, manufacturing, or healthcare environments.
• Experience working with laboratory equipment and software (e.g., LIMS, ELN).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
• Expertise in ETL, DWH, NoSQL, and graph databases.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Revvity's Signals ELN.
• Expertise in TetraScience Data Platform.
