What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for study teams and clinical data providers regarding external data acquisition and processing.
• Liaise with providers to establish and communicate data standards and file format requirements.
• Process electronic clinical trial data files and load data into CDMS (e.g., Oracle Clinical, DMW, RCC, Medidata Rave).
• Create detailed Data Transfer Specifications.
• Troubleshoot data processing and load errors, coordinating with study teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably in a technical, programming, clinical, or health-related field.
• 0 to 2 years of practical experience using EDC products (e.g., Oracle RDC/Inform, Medidata Rave, DMW).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability for a fixed-term contract until the end of September (Working hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with electronic data warehousing and data processing.
