What you will do

• Set up, run, clean, and perform general maintenance of Delta Mod-Tech manufacturing press equipment.
• Verify work orders, spec sheets, samples, and drawings to ensure correctness before production runs.
• Maintain quality standards by checking registration and print quality for debris.
• Collect and record accurate SPC data using digital measuring instruments and devices.
• Troubleshoot machine problems including tension, pressure, settings, and ink distribution.
• Mentor less experienced operators and support new product development efforts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with flexo press operation.
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, inks, and various substrates including paper, film, and poly.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with digital measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
• Physical ability to stand continually, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience specifically with Delta Mod-Tech's flexo press operation working with films and poly.
