What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global platform for new customer onboardings and product enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into clean, reliable technical system setups.
• Support data setup, testing, and go-live preparation for customers.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and continuously optimize system setups.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation Managers, Leads, and Account Managers.
• Document configurations and contribute to improving delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience implementing or configuring SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
• Experience in delivery-oriented or customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical setups.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
