TL;DR

Partnerships & Campaign Specialist (Gaming/Digital Media): Identifying and approaching new gaming partners and managing the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns with an accent on data-driven outreach and campaign performance. Focus on prospecting game publishers, coordinating with editorial and ad-ops teams, and optimizing campaign delivery against KPIs.

What you will do

  • Research and prospect game publishers and peripheral brands using audience data to find strong fits.
  • Write and send personalized outbound outreach emails based on relevant audience insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from signed IO to final delivery reporting.
  • Coordinate with editorial, ad ops, and social teams to ensure campaign elements are live on schedule.
  • Monitor active campaigns across dashboards, tracking pacing and performance against KPIs.
  • Compile comprehensive end-of-campaign wrap reports with performance data and commentary.

Requirements

  • Genuine, working knowledge of video games, genres, franchises, and gaming culture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in digital media or gaming.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting and writing personalized cold emails.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data literacy and comfort reading delivery dashboards to identify performance issues.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as CPM, programmatic, and rich media.
  • Experience with gaming media, esports, or entertainment brands.
  • Existing understanding of the game publisher landscape and studio requirements.
  • Experience with ad operations or tools like Google Ad Manager.
