What you will do

• Build, iterate on, and maintain business dashboards throughout the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Develop a deep working knowledge of underlying datasets, their connections, and business applications.
• Write clean, well-documented SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and smaller data projects to support the BI team.
• Document all technical work to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions.
• Comfortable using Python for data work, specifically with the pandas library.
• Practical experience working with real datasets through internships, coursework, or professional roles.
• Strong instincts for data quality and a drive to understand the logic behind the numbers.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei.

Nice to have

• Exposure to modern data tools such as Databricks, dbt, Tableau, or Looker.
• Willingness to learn PySpark and the broader data stack.
