What you will do

• Architect and lead the enterprise AI implementation strategy to meet 2026 goals for platform protection.
• Partner with department heads to design autonomous Agentic solutions that streamline cross-functional workflows.
• Establish AI ROI frameworks by tracking KPIs such as token efficiency and automated resolution accuracy.
• Co-engineer AI-driven defense layers with the Security team to neutralize bot threats and mass registrations.
• Translate strategic designs into technical assets, including API integrations and MCP servers.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployments to ensure security and seamless integration.

Requirements

• Proven track record in AI strategy, moving from basic LLM applications to RAG and Agentic Workflows.
• Deep experience in high-growth Fintech or Crypto environments.
• Fluency in technical concepts including API orchestration, Vector Databases, and Model Context Protocols (MCP).
• Professional fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to lead AI adoption.
