TL;DR

DevSecOps Engineer (iGaming): Integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure with an accent on security automation and access control management. Focus on implementing SAST/DAST/SCA scanners, managing IAM/SSO systems, and integrating LLM solutions via API.

Location: Hybrid (Prague, Czechia)

What you will do

  • Integrate security tools including SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, and SBOM into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure and processes using Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
  • Manage and configure access control systems such as IAM, RBAC, MFA, and SSO.
  • Build secure development processes focusing on Shift Left and Secure Coding practices.
  • Integrate LLM solutions with existing systems via API and MCP.
  • Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and implement DLP and MDM solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps, SecOps, or Security Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab.
  • Deep understanding of IAM, SSO, OAuth2, and access control management.
  • Practical experience implementing SAST, DAST, and SCA security scanners.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing DLP, MDM, or SIEM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes Security (RBAC, ABAC, NetworkPolicy, OPA).
  • Experience in penetration testing preparation or execution.
  • Experience collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.
