What you will do

• Provide senior-level legal support for iGaming projects, product launches, and new market entries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with operators, providers, PSPs, and affiliates.
• Advise management and product teams on legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Monitor gambling, AML/KYC, data protection, and consumer protection laws across key jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with compliance teams on licensing, audits, and responsible gambling controls.
• Develop and improve legal templates, playbooks, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience, with 3+ years specifically in the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record negotiating provider, operator, and white-label agreements.
• Strong knowledge of MGA, Curacao, and UKGC regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in liability, indemnity, SLA, IP, and GDPR-related matters.
• English B2+ and fluent Russian.
• Higher legal education.
