What you will do

• Define all-source targeting tradecraft and standards for the Scam Disruption team to ensure actionable target packages.
• Design and scale the end-to-end operating model for legal processes, data exploitation, and tooling integration.
• Mentor and direct a team of All-Source Investigators as a player-coach, raising the bar on output quality.
• Conduct complex multi-jurisdictional investigations and controller-level attribution for high-value targets.
• Coordinate with federal partners on perishable leads, prosecutorial referrals, and joint disruption operations.
• Partner with Threat Intelligence Analysts to turn strategic disruption frameworks into executed targeting campaigns.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and Active TS/SCI clearance are required.
• Must be located in the Washington, D.C./MD/VA area for periodic in-office collaboration.
• 8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience (e.g., FBI, HSI, IRS-CI, Secret Service, or IC).
• Demonstrated player-coach experience leading teams of investigators and building operational workflows.
• AI fluency and the ability to use AI to scale team productivity and accelerate repeatable workflows.
• Deep expertise in running legal-process programs at scale and maintaining a federal law-enforcement network.

Nice to have

• Experience with pig butchering operations, romance fraud networks, or financial fraud investigations.
• Fluency in on-chain crypto tradecraft and blockchain analysis.
