What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable deposit, loan, and investment relationships for a high-net-worth client base.
• Analyze loan applicants' financial data to determine creditworthiness and the merits of loan requests.
• Negotiate credit terms, including costs, repayment methods, and collateral requirements.
• Generate new business by contacting prospects and following up on development leads.
• Partner with Treasury, Retail, and Mortgage departments to support overall client and franchise objectives.
• Engage in community affairs and organizations to increase bank visibility and acquire new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of strong performance in client relations, private banking, investments, or sales.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to banking and lending practices.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
