What you will do

• Develop and manage deposit, loan, investment, cash management, and other financial relationships for high-net-worth and professional clients.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients and grow existing relationships through cross-selling, referrals, and market-based sales plans.
• Interview loan applicants, analyze financial information, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate credit terms, repayment schedules, costs, and collateral requirements.
• Monitor loan repayment, address past-due accounts, prepare loan documents, and open new accounts.
• Partner with Commercial Relationship Bankers and Origin businesses to acquire and service large commercial relationships.
• Represent the bank in the community, promote banking products, resolve client inquiries, and support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum ten years of strong performance in client relations, private banking, investments, or sales.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial banking and working knowledge of federal and state banking and lending laws.
• Ability to learn new products and services quickly and manage complex client relationships.
• Ability to perform regular office-based and occasional physical duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
