Location: Must be based in Prague, Czechia (Hybrid/On-site)

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and team-building activities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees regarding office logistics.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to other internal departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluent proficiency in Czech and Russian.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work on-site in Prague.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of finance and procurement processes.
  • Additional language skills.
