What you will do

• Coordinate the full relocation process for inbound, outbound, and intra-EMEA assignments via phone and email.
• Act as the primary point of contact for expatriates, providing expert advice on relocation policies, benefits, and entitlements.
• Guide assignees through moving services, destination services, immigration, tax, and cross-cultural training.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers for tax, immigration, and temporary accommodation services.

Requirements

• Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic
• Essential previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptable, creative, and assertive attitude with a 'can do' approach.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with international assignments or having lived and worked abroad.
• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Keen interest in Cultural Awareness.
