What you will do

• Lead the video and motion production team in creating social-first clips and motion graphic assets.
• Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with episode launches and trending topics.
• Define creative standards and aesthetic direction for social assets across multiple show voices.
• Establish and refine production workflows, including editing pipelines and motion-graphic libraries.
• Oversee performance metrics and provide strategic insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative teams, and show hosts to ensure audience alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating social-first video content and motion graphics for media brands.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring producers and editors.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of platform norms for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent project-management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple shows.
