What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the entire feature delivery process from initial discovery to post-launch evaluation.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Development, CRM, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical stakeholders and business owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven track record of launching major product features from concept to production.
• Expertise in owning the full product lifecycle and backlog management.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Russian: C1 level required.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently with a strong ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Casino, Aggregator, or FinTech sectors.
• Knowledge of bonus mechanics, gamification, and player retention strategies.
• Proficiency with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
