What you will do

  • Lead the partnership function and manage relationships with strategic vendors and technology providers.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to support product and operational goals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize business value.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Optimize partner performance and establish scalable management processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Vendor Management, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or technology-driven industry is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Proven track record in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects across diverse departments.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
