What you will do

• Design and develop autonomous agents to accelerate the engineering lifecycle, from grooming to production shipping.
• Build and scale AI-driven tooling to reduce production downtime and developer overhead during incident research.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI features, including prototyping, production deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and feedback loops to improve AI system quality.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered systems to production.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude/OpenAI Agents SDK) and building MCP servers.
• Strong backend engineering skills, focusing on APIs, testing, and clean architecture.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional English proficiency (verbal and written) for global communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM observability tooling such as Langfuse.
