What you will do
- Design and develop autonomous agents to accelerate the engineering lifecycle, from grooming to production shipping.
- Build and scale AI-driven tooling to reduce production downtime and developer overhead during incident research.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI features, including prototyping, production deployment, and continuous monitoring.
- Develop evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and feedback loops to improve AI system quality.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered systems to production.
- Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude/OpenAI Agents SDK) and building MCP servers.
- Strong backend engineering skills, focusing on APIs, testing, and clean architecture.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional English proficiency (verbal and written) for global communication.

- Experience with LLM observability tooling such as Langfuse.
