What you will do

• Own features across the entire stack from UI and API design to data modeling and testing.
• Collaborate closely with design to translate complex audit flows into elegant product experiences.
• Raise code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and pragmatic performance optimizations.
• Evolve the core architecture, developer tooling, and overall developer experience.
• Work directly with founders to shape the product roadmap and technical direction.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin
• Proficiency with modern React 18+ and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills with comfort in building APIs and shaping database models.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including multi-tenant architectures and indexing strategies.
• Ability to work end-to-end across the stack with a focus on frontend excellence.
