Customer Success Specialist (GolfNow): Managing existing accounts and driving product adoption for the GolfNow platform with an accent on client satisfaction, retention, and strategic business growth. Location: Must be based in Orlando, FL. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Orlando office.

What you will do
- Manage existing accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and account retention.
- Drive the adoption of core GolfNow products including Platform, Connect, and ClubBuy.
- Develop and implement strategic business initiatives to expand service offerings for partners.
- Analyze distribution channel performance and recommend pricing and yield strategies to increase partner revenue.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and activations teams to support partner business operations.
- Assist in cold calling initiatives to secure new partners for the platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to work in Orlando, FL.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office setting, including three days per week in the Orlando office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work weekends with short notice.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or business.
- Experience in e-marketing or online distribution.
- Previous experience in sales development or strategy.
