TL;DR

Customer Success Specialist (GolfNow): Managing existing accounts and driving product adoption for the GolfNow platform with an accent on client satisfaction, retention, and strategic business growth. Focus on building strong partner relationships, recommending revenue-generating strategies, and collaborating with sales teams to expand platform offerings.

Location: Must be based in Orlando, FL. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Orlando office.

What you will do

  • Manage existing accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Drive the adoption of core GolfNow products including Platform, Connect, and ClubBuy.
  • Develop and implement strategic business initiatives to expand service offerings for partners.
  • Analyze distribution channel performance and recommend pricing and yield strategies to increase partner revenue.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and activations teams to support partner business operations.
  • Assist in cold calling initiatives to secure new partners for the platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Orlando, FL.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office setting, including three days per week in the Orlando office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends with short notice.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or business.
  • Experience in e-marketing or online distribution.
  • Previous experience in sales development or strategy.
