What you will do

• Directly supervise incoming inspection personnel and ensure effective use of resources to meet company and regulatory goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP, ISO, and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Oversee incoming inspection of components, packaging materials, and final product in compliance with company procedures and ISO/FDA/GMP standards.
• Review inspection, labeling, and release logistics; update drawings, inspection procedures, and documentation needed to inspect, test, or purchase products.
• Manage supplier quality metrics (including first pass yield) and analyze inspection data to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and manage NCMRs, including additional testing, test analysis, disposition, and ERP inventory reconciliation; ensure results are recorded and department files are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Engineering discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a hardware manufacturing environment in an FDA regulated industry and/or ISO certified organization (preferred).
• 8 years of relevant experience required with an Associate Degree (preferred).
• 2 years of relevant Manufacturing Operations leadership experience (preferred).
