Senior SecOps Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite at the Dallas HQ; US citizens only

What you will do

• Lead US-timezone incident response, including triage, containment, investigation, stakeholder communication, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage cloud security posture across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including Wiz findings, IAM exposure, misconfigurations, and cloud detection engineering.
• Own vulnerability management across web, infrastructure, and container environments, including prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Drive FedRAMP continuous monitoring for GovCloud environments through evidence collection, POA&M tracking, audit support, and compliance operations.
• Partner with the global SecOps Lead on strategy, tooling, risk identification, and security improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of security operations experience with hands-on depth in at least two of incident response, cloud security posture, and vulnerability management.
• Demonstrated incident response experience, including leading triage and containment, documenting timelines, and running post-mortems.
• Strong AWS knowledge across IAM, EC2, EKS, S3, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty; hands-on CSPM experience, preferably with Wiz.
• Ability to communicate technical findings as business risk to engineering leads and senior stakeholders.
• Scripting ability and experience building durable workflows are advantageous.
• Ability to work in FedRAMP-regulated environments and US citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or Azure.
• Scripting and automation experience for reducing manual security operations overhead.
