What you will do
- Own the end-to-end policyholder journey across mobile apps and the customer portal, from onboarding to renewal.
- Conduct frequent customer interviews and analyze CSAT/NPS data to surface insights and drive product decisions.
- Develop a data-informed roadmap with success metrics tied to retention, cost to serve, and customer satisfaction.
- Translate insights into crisp requirements (PRDs, user stories) and partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests to iterate on product features and optimize user flows.
- Establish operating cadences for prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with full ownership of the product backlog.
- Proven track record of leading the end-to-end SDLC in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong design sensibility and a high bar for UX/UI craft.
- Ability to define success metrics, build measurement plans, and use data to tell a story.
- Fluency in experimentation, including designing valid A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance or fintech industries.
- Experience owning high-traffic, user-facing digital products, specifically native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with customer support and CX tooling.
- Experience collaborating with growth or lifecycle marketing teams for re-engagement and renewal campaigns.
