What you will do
- Design and build AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratch to improve real-world workflows.
- Identify and diagnose inefficiencies within assigned business functions to optimize operations.
- Implement scalable process improvements using AI and no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, n8n, and Airtable.
- Research and test emerging AI tools to solve real business problems and present prototypes to stakeholders.
- Translate team-specific challenges into problem statements solvable through automation.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented digital solutions to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- 1-2+ years of experience using AI or automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to increase work efficiency.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Hands-on experience building automations with tools like Zapier, n8n, or Airtable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Must be located in or near Denver, CO for a hybrid work arrangement.
