What you will do

• Develop and edit content for digital claims intake, status tracking, and help documentation.
• Create member-facing communications including notifications, templates, and educational articles.
• Translate complex P&C insurance workflows into clear, user-friendly messaging.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Claims Operations teams to align on content strategy.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review UX designs in Figma to ensure copy fits seamlessly within user interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional writing or content experience.
• Direct experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required.
• Proven experience with insurance claims processes and workflows.
• Experience writing for customer-facing digital products.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• UX writing or content design experience in digital product environments.
• Background in regulated financial services or insurance organizations.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
