Focus on reviewing evidence (scan results, HAR files, screenshots), researching malicious indicators (domains/URLs/IPs/scripts), and documenting findings to improve investigation workflows.

What you will do

• Analyze suspicious websites, ad tags, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support malware detection and investigation.
• Support investigations into malicious redirects, cloaking, scam campaigns, ad fraud, and e-skimming.
• Review and interpret evidence such as scan results, HAR files, and screenshots related to malware detections.
• Research technical indicators (domains, URLs, IPs, scripts) and help identify tactics, techniques, and procedures used in malicious campaigns.
• Document findings and prepare internal investigation notes and reports summarizing malicious behavior and indicators.
• Work with analysts to improve malware detection, signatures, and investigation workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including malware, phishing, web threats, or threat intelligence.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language: JavaScript, Python, Java, C, C++, or Ruby.
• Ability to research technical topics and clearly document findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
