Multimedia Designer (Motion Design)

What you will do

• Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity motion graphics and complementary static assets for complex technical narratives.
• Create animated product demos, motion-enhanced case studies, and sales collateral for sales enablement.
• Design and animate short-form content optimized for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Develop cohesive visual assets for integrated campaigns, including email banners and web hero elements.
• Own production from storyboarding and motion concepting through final export and asset management.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in motion design and high-end static graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timely delivery.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.
