What you will do

• Analyze technical issues to offer, test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
• Perform long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
• Provide detailed analysis, documentation, and diagramming for project hand-off.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout the project lifespan.
• Identify technical and timeline risks early in the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must pass FBI, BCI, and drug testing.
• Must be based in Ohio, USA.
• Deep expertise in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, or networking.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud AWS and ServiceNow administration.
• Experience with Enterprise IT applications (e.g., ServiceNow) and call center operations.
• Strong process improvement skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Familiarity with design techniques and tools used for precision technical plans and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
