Senior Software Engineer (Logistics)

What you will do

• Distill complex business problems into elegant technical solutions in collaboration with product managers and business partners.
• Develop systems representing the real-world intricacies of logistics entities and cross-border cargo movement.
• Build and launch products rapidly using a CI/CD approach with multiple daily deployments to production.
• Design and implement deep, complex integrations with government agencies and external partners.
• Automate archaic customs filing processes to significantly reduce operational manual work.
• Create efficient domain models and deliver supply chain insights via a high-quality analytics experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong technical background.
• A love for simple, well-tested, and extensible code.
• Ability to convey technical ideas in common terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly (tech-agnostic background).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis.
