What you will do

• Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify customer needs and key decision factors.
• Collaborate with the Senior Proposals Manager to develop winning response strategies.
• Create persuasive, customer-focused proposal content that highlights unique product benefits.
• Work with sales, curriculum, product, and legal teams to align messaging with buyer priorities.
• Ensure proposals are compliant and strategically positioned for evaluators.
• Provide copywriting support for sales presentations and customer-facing collateral.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BA/BS degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal, sales, marketing, or grant writing
• Strong English writing and grammar skills
• Ability to translate technical or educational content into compelling narratives
• Proficiency with Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

Nice to have

• Experience in K-12 education or edtech sales
