What you will do

• Develop detailed Control Plans from technical drawings to define verification and maintenance standards.
• Participate in engineering drawing reviews to ensure specifications are clear and compliant with defense standards.
• Analyze production Non-Conformance Reports to identify supply chain deviations and collaborate on technical solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into part failures to distinguish between material defects and design flaws.
• Execute urgent stock sweeps and recalls to isolate non-conforming parts across storage locations.
• Support the creation of custom test rigs and manage technical training checklists for quality-related tasks.

Requirements

• Technical degree or vocational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Supply Chain Quality.
• Expert ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001, Control Plans, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NATO AQAP or EN 9100/AS9100 standards.
• Strong command of ERP systems for stock isolation and QM reporting.
• German language skills.
• Assertiveness to challenge designs and stop processes when quality is at risk.
